Matcha became our first product because preparing it takes a few deliberate steps.
Measure the powder.

Whisk.
Drink.
A short sequence with a clear beginning and end.
That is what interested us.
Not a promise that matcha will change the way you think, but a product whose preparation gives the ritual its form.
